For patients and whānau

Getting care is hard enough. Keeping track shouldn't be.

Medly has two parts: an app that keeps a person's care in one place between appointments, and — before long — help finding the right care in the first place.

    Use the app — free

    Available now

    The care coordination app

Free to use, no password to remember. Sign in with a six-digit code sent to your email, or with your Google account.

Medications that keep their own schedule

Record a dose frequency and course length. Tick one off and the next is queued for you, so the tracking isn't something you also have to remember.

    Reminders that follow through

A nudge before something slips past, and when a booking or referral stalls, a clear next move rather than the same reminder repeated.

Everything about a visit in one place

Visits, next steps, medications and paperwork together — for you, or for a child or someone you care for. Each person gets their own timeline.

    Care navigation

This part isn't available yet — we're recruiting founding users now. Here's what it will do.

Know what's urgent, and what to do next

Describe what's wrong in your own words. Medly will assess how urgent it sounds and point you to the right kind of care — a GP, urgent care, or emergency services.

    Find the right GP faster

Rather than ringing around, Medly will help you reach the right service. If you choose to book, a summary goes to the provider so they know why you're coming in.

    A checkup without the admin

Say what it's for and any preferences, and Medly will get you into the right appointment and confirm it.

    More about care navigation

Medly is not a doctor and does not diagnose. It helps you describe what's wrong, reach the right care, and keep track of what happens next.

For health concerns call Healthline 0800 611 116 or your doctor. In an emergency call 111.
