For practices
Medly helps patients describe what's wrong and get to the right care. Your practice receives a structured summary of that conversation, so the visit starts further along than "what brings you in today?"
$1 + GST per enrolled patient per month. No setup fee.
A structured summary to help your team prepare for the visit — enough to understand why someone is coming in and how to prioritise them. Anything beyond that visit summary needs explicit consent.
Medly secures the platform — encryption, access controls, audit logs, incident response. Your practice controls staff access, device security, and what you keep in your PMS.
Summaries are available in the Medly provider dashboard, and multi-factor authentication can be required for your clinic.
Patients can ask what Medly holds about them, including what was shared with you, in line with New Zealand privacy requirements.
Patient intake arrives as a structured summary rather than a phone call to be unpicked, so your team spends less time asking the same questions twice.
The right appointment type with the context already attached, so fewer are declined, reworked or rescheduled after the fact.
Conservative checks for anything that sounds urgent, with a clear path to emergency services rather than a booking.

$1 + GST
per enrolled patient, per month
Based on your enrolled population rather than how many patients use the app — so the number is predictable before you start.

Per clinician
per month
Enrolled-patient pricing only makes sense where there's an enrolled register, so private specialists, physio, dental, urgent care and telehealth are priced per clinician instead. Tell us how many you'd set up and we'll come back with a rate.
Founding practices shape how Medly works in real clinics — what gets shared, how it fits your workflow, and what would make it genuinely useful rather than more admin. It's a working relationship, not a pilot you're handed.
On your practice management system: tell us which one you use and we'll confirm what's involved. We're working with a small group precisely so integration is shaped around real setups rather than assumed ones.
Medly is not a health provider. It does not diagnose, treat or give clinical advice — it helps patients describe what's wrong and reach the right care, and gives your team the context when they arrive.
