Your whānau's data
We built Medly to give you peace of mind, and that includes how your data is handled.
You control who sees what. Your child's record is visible to you and the one person you invite, checked by the database on every request rather than only by the app. You decide what goes in, and you can delete it.
Secure, trackable sharing. When you send records to a specialist, a therapist or your child's school, they get one link covering only the areas of care you pick. It expires after 14 days, you can withdraw it sooner, and you can see every time it was opened. Sending to a school asks for its own separate permission, because a school handles health information under different law than a clinician does.
Active monitoring, and its limit. Every time someone reaches your child's record it is recorded, and you can see that list. If activity appears from an account that no longer has access, or a link you sent to one person starts being opened from several different places, we tell you. It watches access through Medly, so it cannot see everything.
Private AI. When you tap Suggest tasks, that document's content is sent to be read so Medly can draft next steps for you to approve. Your data is never used to train anyone's AI models.
Kept close to home. Health information is stored in Sydney, Australia, chosen so New Zealand health data stays in the region.
